RT Receiving and Shipping Software

Using the Motorola MC1000 or MC3000 mobile computer, with RT R&S from RealTime Technology Group you can easily use a handheld computer to scan your barcodes and collect data faster and more accurately. Integrated to Microsoft Excel, RealTime R&S can either provide electronic files and/or print out paper copies.

Receiving

Scan or Enter the Purchase Order Number, then scan the part numbers and enter quantities.  If you are tracking serial numbers you can scan or enter them as well.  Repeat until you have received the entire Purchase Order and save the record.  When you pass the information from the handheld to the PC a .csv file will be created and if you are using RealTime's iPrint system, a PO receipt will be printed.

Shipping

Scan or Enter the Order Number, then scan the Part numbers and enter quantities.  If you are tracking lot numbers you can scan or enter them as well.  Repeat until you have received the entire Order and save the record.  When you pass the information from the handheld to the PC a .csv file will be created and if you are using RealTime's iPrint system, a Packing List will be printed.

From there you can edit, print, or import your Purchase Order Receipts or Packing Lists into another software program.

What you get is an affordable, easy-to-use but effective and quick way to electronically receive and/or ship out without using a pen and paper.
